Manage the work of all internal teams, including designers, content creators, creative strategists, and social media executives, to ensure a harmonious workflow starting from task assignment, following up, and delivery.
Build excellent, strong, and long-lasting client relationships at a strategic and operational level as the focal lead point of contact with clients.
Actively seek out opportunities to develop incremental business with key clients.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
Verbal and written briefing of client requirements back to the agency team.
Lead team brainstorming sessions.
Conduct client visits and operational meetings when needed.
Follow up with the accounting department to facilitate accurate monthly invoicing, follow up on accounts receivables; help prepare regular reporting/reconciliations
Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare monthly reports on account status to the CEO.
Analyze the digital market business and monitor the sales and brand strategy.
Review/develop all creative briefs and business objectives for the engagements in which they are involved to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met and exceeded.
Support in developing proposals for clients.
